Local experts must pass three checkpoints in turn — document review, a verification call and an in-person screening — and all profile photos, videos and voice greetings are reviewed before they are shown.
Payments are held in escrow by a licensed payment institution and settled only after the service is completed; if an order is not accepted in time, the deposit can be refunded to the original payment method.
