This website does not publish a separate full privacy policy. How users’ and local experts’ information is handled, kept confidential and authorized within our apps follows the agreements published in our Mini Programs.

This page only covers what the website itself can explain. It does not replace the agreements published in our apps, nor does it turn unpublished terms into a web summary.
Browsing this website (company information, FAQ, city hub pages and so on) does not involve ordering or onboarding. Business data such as orders, local expert profiles, message records and payment escrow is generated within the CityMuze Client Mini Program, and the relevant rules are those in the published agreements you can read before submitting anything.
The platform uses a dual-channel approach: public listings in the Client Mini Program, plus an invitation-only channel for enterprise clients whose information is not made public. Information generated during a service stays within the platform and is never published.
Website pages are for reading and reference only; they offer no registration, ordering or payment. The footer shows the operating entity, Nanjing CityMuze Brand Management Co., Ltd., together with its Unified Social Credit Code and filing numbers. We do not copy the full app agreements onto the website, to avoid any mismatch with the versions currently published in the Mini Programs.

- Terms on ordering, onboarding, payments and complaints: open the Client Mini Program and read the published agreements before submitting anything.
- For questions about personal information in the app, contact customer service in the Mini Program or use our Contact page; handling follows the rules published in the app, and the website sets no separate response-time commitment.
