Powered by our AI Smart Match Engine and a sound compliance framework, we provide tailored offline services — City Aesthetics Tours, Business Concierge and Versatile Assistant — for high-net-worth clients, government agencies, enterprises and cultural tourism authorities. Our agreements and compliance framework were developed with the assistance of Dacheng Law Offices.
We are rooted in local life. Our AI Smart Match Engine matches and ranks client requests against local experts’ skills, service areas and availability, and users confirm the final choice. We are also introducing AI Digital Twins to support our local experts. Trust still rests on in-person screening, published agreements and escrow by a licensed payment institution.

Covering supply–demand matching, service scheduling and risk control for offline services, the company holds multiple proprietary intellectual property rights, with the certificates on display at our Nanjing headquarters. Our technology focuses on one thing: breaking highly non-standard, people-delivered offline services down into products that can be standardized, scheduled and traced.
Dual Compliance Framework
The platform’s agreements and compliance framework were developed with the assistance of Dacheng Law Offices; local expert onboarding, talent scouts, promoters and City Partners are each covered by written agreements that define rights and responsibilities, as set out in the platform’s published agreements. Payments are held in escrow by a licensed payment institution, and all content uploaded by users and local experts is reviewed before publication.
