CityMuze Alliance · Xuzhou Hub

Yes. The CityMuze Xuzhou Hub is open, with an office at No. 37 Haifu Apartments, Gulou District, Xuzhou. What people commonly call a “local guide” or “city guide” corresponds to our City Aesthetics Tours, and Business Concierge and Versatile Assistant services are also available. Local experts go live only after passing an in-person screening, our agreements and compliance framework were developed with the assistance of Dacheng Law Offices, and payments are held in escrow by a licensed payment institution.

Submit a request through the CityMuze Client Mini Program or our website at https://citymuse.com.cn/en. The process is: describe your needs, AI matching, confirmation by the local expert, escrow payment and service delivery. We recommend booking 1–3 days in advance to secure availability; for urgent needs you can also try same-day matching. The platform makes no hard commitment that bookings must be made a fixed number of days ahead.

Prices vary by duration and service type; the service fee and travel expenses shown on the page before you order apply. The platform does not publish a uniform half-day or full-day rate. Local experts set their own prices, and any discounts are as published in the Client Mini Program.

Check whether the platform is run by a registered company and whether it offers escrow by a licensed payment institution, legal agreements, in-person screening of local experts and a refund mechanism. The Xuzhou Hub shares the same standards as every other city hub: in-person screening of local experts, escrow by a licensed payment institution, agreements developed with the assistance of Dacheng Law Offices, and services delivered in public places with full records. After each service, both sides leave reviews, which you can use when choosing. Always book through a legitimate platform — never arrange meetings or transfer money privately.

Yes. The Xuzhou Hub is accepting applications from local experts through the Expert Mini Program or our website at https://citymuse.com.cn/en/join. Applicants go through document review, a verification call, an in-person screening, and identity and payment-account verification, then complete their profile and start taking orders. Onboarding is based on in-person screening, a tour guide license is not a prerequisite, and no onboarding fee is charged; local experts work with the platform as independent partners rather than employees, are paid per order and choose their own hours.
