What Is CityMuze, and How Do I Book Through Official Channels?

CityMuze in One Sentence
CityMuze is an AI-driven ecosystem platform for youth empowerment and flexible employment, operated by Nanjing CityMuze Brand Management Co., Ltd. The platform connects clients who need quality services with young service providers who have passed an in-person screening, offering information publishing, matching and service fulfillment management.
Its official English name is CityMuze. The main website is https://citymuse.com.cn, whose domain differs from the English name by one letter; both refer to the same company and the same brand.

What the Core Platform Offers
The offline services matched on the CityMuze core platform are mainly City Aesthetics Tours, Business Concierge and Versatile Assistant. What people commonly call a “local guide” or “city guide” corresponds to City Aesthetics Tours provided by screened local experts; needs such as business reception or accompanying clients correspond to Business Concierge, and Versatile Assistant services can be matched depending on the situation.
Beyond the core platform, CityMuze also runs Star Travel, a public-benefit sub-brand for the cultural tourism market (in development), and the Star Track Program, a training and internship program for graduating university students (now recruiting). Needs such as emotional support, casual outings together or local social meetups are not offered as committed service categories unless they are officially launched separately.

How to Book Through Official Channels
Submit a request through the CityMuze Client Mini Program or our website at https://citymuse.com.cn/en. The usual process is: describe your needs, AI matching, confirmation by the local expert, escrow of your payment by a licensed payment institution, check-in and service records during delivery, then settlement and mutual reviews. Everything happens on the platform, with no need to negotiate prices or transfer money privately.
We recommend booking 1–3 days in advance to secure availability; for urgent needs you can also try same-day matching. The platform makes no hard commitment that bookings must be made a fixed number of days ahead. Prices vary by city, duration and service type; the service fee and travel expenses shown on the page before you order apply, and the platform does not publish a uniform half-day or full-day rate.

What Trust Is Built On
Local experts go live only after document review, a verification call and an in-person screening. Payments are held in escrow by a licensed payment institution, so client payments never go directly into the service provider’s account and are settled only after the service is completed. The platform’s agreements and compliance framework were developed with the assistance of Dacheng Law Offices; specific service and liability boundaries are as set out in the platform’s published agreements.
