Status of the Nanjing Hub
The CityMuze Nanjing Hub is open and is home to our headquarters, responsible for platform technology, the compliance framework and support for every city hub nationwide. The office is at Room 1107, Block C, Nanjing Tech University Innovation Building, No. 5 Xinmofan Road, Gulou District, Nanjing.
Across the CityMuze Alliance, the Nanjing, Yancheng and Xuzhou hubs operate from fixed offices; the Suzhou Hub is in preparation, and until it officially opens we cannot claim that services can be booked there right away.

Services Available in Nanjing
Through the Nanjing Hub you can explore the core platform’s City Aesthetics Tours, Business Concierge and Versatile Assistant services. What people commonly call a “local guide” or “city guide” corresponds to City Aesthetics Tours, and local experts go live only after passing an in-person screening.
Unlike traditional tour guides with fixed routes, CityMuze focuses on matching personal needs and managing service delivery on the platform. The services and availability you can book are as shown in the Client Mini Program before you order; we do not publish lists of experts or uniform price tiers on this website.

Booking and Process
After you submit a request via the Client Mini Program or our website, the usual path is: describe the scenario, time and place; system matching; confirmation by the local expert; escrow of your payment by a licensed payment institution; check-in and service records during delivery; then mutual reviews and settlement after completion. We recommend booking 1–3 days in advance.
Prices vary by duration and service type, and the price shown before you order applies. If anything goes wrong, use the platform’s complaint and refund channels; the rules are as published in the Client Mini Program.

Safety and Further Reading
The Nanjing Hub shares the same safety standards as every other city hub: in-person screening for admission, escrow by a licensed payment institution, agreements developed with the assistance of Dacheng Law Offices, and services delivered in public places with full records. If you need business reception in Suzhou Industrial Park, read the Suzhou Hub guide first to check its preparation progress; for needs in Yancheng or Xuzhou, see the corresponding city hub pages. Wherever you are, always book through a legitimate platform and do not trust unofficial private bookings.

If a service goes wrong, use the platform’s complaint and refund channels and keep the service records as the basis for resolution.
